Todd Johnson Hard At Work

News from Florida:

Treeman arrived here in Florida with chainsaws blazing, and took care of a few overgrown trees that didn’t see it coming. It was a perfect 82 degrees with a funky southeast wind and Emily Mac and Marilyn paid us a visit on their way back up to Ohio! The tandem instructors puffed up their chests and had a tandem accuracy competition that ended in them actually landing directly on the packing mat…. (but really, I think they just got tired and didn’t feel like walking.) Treeman had an epic hop n pop this afternoon and tried to land in the pool (full of red solo cups) and JUST missed it when the wind died and took him in too fast. Clint continues working on his PRO rating and jumped the 200 square-foot flag at sunset for some spectators. It was a great end to a beautiful holiday weekend and we are all thankful for the sunshine, the breeze, and our red solo cups full of adult beverage.  🙂

Treeman doing a solo cup jump with tandem student Noelle Erbeck, who – coincidentally – had a picture of a (you guessed it) red solo cup on her shirt!

2011 Tunnel Camp

Team Fastrax (Ray Dutch) conducts tunnel camp, This camps present the greatest value to teams. The camps are conducted at the IFLY Orando’s Indoor Skydiving wind tunnel.

Our primary goal for one-on-one coaching is to learn all of the basic skills needed to participant in four-way. Learning the right techniques such as; basic body position, side-sliding, going up and down, forward and backward movement and of course (center) turns. You will be briefed on drills that you will employ in combination with all of the above mentioned techniques, in one session.

TWO ON TWO COACHING Two-on-Two coaching Participants must be pre-qualified by coaches to participate. This is for competent flyers that like to train 4-way but can’t fill in the other team slot’s. Team Fastrax offers the opportunity to fly with several coaches per session. This makes it possible for each participant to train the way he or she likes.
